A good race for PvE would be Female Saiyans, or the Frieza Race. While I gave advice for a PvE build, Male Saiyans really aren’t good for PvE. For PvP you could go with either one, but keep in mind there are less strike skills, and good strike super souls. If you’re doing PvE definitely focus on ki blasts, and you should probably max it out. If you’re in the middle you can focus on either or both. If you’re skinny focus on ki blast, if you’re thick focus on strike. The thickest option boosts strike damage and basic attack. The skinniest option boosts ki blast damage, but decreases basic attack and strike damage. Your weight affects your damage in this area, so invest in a stat depending on your weight. That can be hard to do with both areas, so try with just one first and see how you like it.

Male Saiyans super damage is actually a little low, so you might want to invest a lot in this area. Investing in both of these areas effectively can result in spreading your points thin. If you’re doing PvP, I would put a lot of points in basic attack. If you’re doing PvE, which is more reliant on super attacks, I wouldn’t focus on basic attack much. This means you can put a decent amount of points in basic attack sand still do good damage here. Male Saiyans have the highest basic attack in the game. If you’re bad at managing stamina, I would definitely go for more. Whether you’re doing PvP or PvE, I recommend at least an extra bar of stamina. For both ki and stamina 42 points equals an extra bar, so only invest in increments of 42 or it’s a waste of points. If you have meditation, investing in ki isn’t completely necessary. This area isn’t needed for PvP, but if you’re doing PvE I would go for extra ki. If you’re the tall or tallest option you don’t need to invest in health. The shorter the less health, but you’re faster. The taller you are, the more health, but slower. 75-100 at least if you plan to invest here. Investing too little points in health becomes a waste of points. Especially as a Saiyan, don’t invest in health unless you’re going to invest a lot. Putting all your points in health will give you a little over 1/3 of a bar. There isn’t really a “best” Saiyan build, since it depends on your playstyle, so I’ll just hive you some general tips.
